56 days…4 to go.

56 days…

…4 to go.

…until the barre n9ne 60-day challenge is over.

At least ‘officially,’ anyway. (more to come on this later…!)

I can hardly believe how fast the past 56 days have flown by, but on the other hand, it’s been an incredibly journey of learning to love my body again – for all that it is capable of, for all that it can do – for all that I am capable of and didn’t ever give myself full credit for.

Because, guess what? This body is damn strong!

And I’m here to finish what I started (and then some). I have no idea what the conclusion of this challenge will bring but I know it’s going to be an awesome feeling because I truly gave this thing my all. 100% of me was in this challenge from day one – despite my fear of change. I can honestly say that although that barre has owned me plenty of times throughout this challenge, I owned this challenge in my own right.

Why yes, yes I did thankyouverymuch. 🙂

So what does this final week look like, you ask?
In a word: killer. LOVE it.

barre n9ne 60 day challenge – the final days:
Sunday – 5 sweaty miles by the lake (gorgeous day yesterday for it)
Monday – barre n9ne toned firm fit  & ready; barre n9ne method (my favorite)
Tuesday – 5 miles in the morning; barre n9ne lean & tone in the evening
Wednesday – 6.5  or 7 miler
Thursday – barre n9ne three-peat: barre n9ne long & lean legs; barre n9ne fusion; barre n9ne method express (but first, we measure – what will 60 days bring that 30 days in didn’t already stun me with??)
Friday – 9 miles
Saturday – REST

As I said from day one: 60 day challenge: I’m ready to kill it.

  1. I’m ready to kill it too!! In this and in running and conquering my fears. I am so proud of us and so glad we are going through this together!!

    • aw!! you are so sweet to say that. I guess I just speak from the heart when I talk about this stuff, it’s such a passion for me so I’m glad that shines through when I write about it 🙂

  2. Three-peat? I can’t wait to hear how that goes! I love my doubles but a three-fer is serious busines. You go girl!

    • If you’re dying to hear about the results, how do you think I feel haha!!
Thank you for noticing my enthusiasm, I guess it’s pretty obvious how much I’ve loved every second of this challenge…and what’s it done for me physically but even more so, mentally. Huge.

  3. Sorry I haven’t been commenting in a while, work has been beyond stressful. That’s exciting you’ve nearly completed the challenge, where has the time gone? You’re rocking those workouts!!!
